Chelsey Washington is a native of Pittsburgh, PA, and a graduate of Penn Hills High School. She attended Edinboro University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science. She also attended Colorado Technical University and graduated with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice.

Working locally in Law Enforcement, Chelsey is committed to serving her community and actively striving to bridge the gap between the local community and law enforcement. She has a passion for problem-solving and helping women and children in need.

Her organizational skills and community development service enhance closing the gap between civilian life and those responsible for maintaining and enforcing the law. Chelsey enjoys spending time with her family and her young daughter, health and fitness, traveling, and growing deeper in her relationship and connection with the Lord.
