Chelsey is a dedicated public servant and Sergeant with the Pittsburgh Police Department, where she works tirelessly to build trust, empower communities, and foster meaningful relationships between law enforcement and the citizens they serve. Her commitment to justice and community engagement reflects her heart for service and civil affairs.

 

A proud graduate of Penn Hills High School, Chelsey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Edinboro University and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security and Terrorism from Colorado Technical University. Her academic and professional achievements highlight her passion for leadership and lifelong learning.

 

Grounded in her faith as a lifelong member of Mount Ararat Baptist Church, Chelsey lives by Philippians 4:13 and Proverbs 31:30. As a recent graduate of the “Why Me? Yes, you!” Discipleship Course, she remains committed to spreading the Gospel through mentorship, service, and daily intentional living.

 

Beyond the badge, Chelsey is an entrepreneur, founder, and travel advisor of Goals to Be Goals Travel and Blog LLC — inspiring others to explore the world with purpose. She is also a certified Physical Fitness Coordinator through the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association, championing health, wellness, and holistic growth.
